.In order to prevent the separation of the inner and outer strands, the cause of the torsion moment of the inner and outer strands should be considered when designing the production.
1: the twist direction of the inner and outer layers should be different.
2: the diameter of strands can be the same or different, but the same strands should be the same.
3: if different diameter steel wires are used to make non rotating wire ropes, the diameter should be used as outer stock to increase the wear resistance and rigidity of outer strands.
4, the twisting parameters are calculated according to the balance condition of the sum of the internal and external strands, but in order to prevent the stratification, the twist distance of the inner ply rope can be reduced, about 15%-20%, in order to increase the torque of the inner ply rope.
5: the circular share is changed into special shaped stock to increase the supporting area of wire rope and reel and rope pulley.
