The 3000 ton Ukrainian "NEFTEGAZ-67" supply ship, departing from Chiwan Port in Shenzhen, collided with a 36000 ton inland sand carrier "Yaohai" which was preparing to enter Chiwan Port and sank when passing near the sea area.

Through hard work, the large "Huatianlong" salvage vessel set up a 109 meters high boom, pulled by more than 10 tight steel cables, and some decks and bridge of the Ukrainian supply vessel that had been sunk for more than a month were exposed to the water.
