1/8" Stainless Aircraft Steel 7x7 Wire Rope Cable For Railing / Decking / Diy Balustrade

The varieties of Aircraft Cable include single strand wire rope, organic core steel wire rope and metal core wire rope. The typical structures are 1 x 7, 1 x 19, 6 x 7+IWS, 6 x 19+IWS, 6 x 7+NF, 6 x 19+NF, etc. The raw materials for Aircraft Cable are galvanized steel wire and stainless steel wire for carbon structural steel. The coating of galvanized steel wire should be uniform, continuous, free from cracks and spalling. After the inspection is qualified, the raw material is wrapped up in accordance with the specified work wheel in accordance with the requirements of the process, loaded into the twisting strand on the twisting machine, and then close to the rope. Twist direction (see wire rope twisting method) except single strand rope is left twist, all are right alternate twist. 7x7 Galvanized aircraft cable is one of the most common, cost effective and versatile wire ropes. The 7x7 construction is of medium flexibility and is used in many of the same applications as 7x19 GAC but where a little less flexibility is needed. This small diameter wire rope is not intended for aircraft use, but designed for industrial, agricultural and marine applications.

7. Remarks during use and handling:
