8X7+1X19 1.5mm Stainless Steel Wire Rope Control Cable Windows Regulator
1.Steel wire for wire rope
1.1 the wire rope is the aviation wire rope, the outer diameter is 1.5mm, and the 6 * 7+IWS (intermediate stock) is 7 * 7 shares.
1.2 the nominal diameter of the steel wire is 017mm, the allowable deviation is + 001, and the roundness is not greater than 001.
1.3 materials for steel wire shall conform to GB699 regulations, and the content of sulphur and phosphorus shall not be greater than 0.03%.
The nominal tensile strength of 14 steel wire is not less than 1960Mp
The weight of the zinc layer on the surface of the 1.6 steel wire is not less than 158:
1.5 steel wires with a knot should be able to withstand the tensile force of not less than 60% of the nominal tensile strength.
17 the galvanized coating on the steel wire surface is uniform, continuous, without cracks and spalling.
2. Twisting and surface quality of wire rope
