The powder treatment tank of Changqing ethane to ethylene project was successfully hoisted in position

On February 3, Jilin Chemical Construction and installation company successfully completed the hoisting task of powder treatment tank of high density polyethylene plant in Changqing ethane to ethylene project. The weight of the equipment is 104 tons, the diameter is 7 meters, the position height is 28 meters, a 600 ton crawler crane as the main crane and a 400 ton crawler crane as the auxiliary crane cooperate with each other, it takes 1 hour to complete the lifting of the equipment.

In order to successfully complete the lifting task, team leader Zhao Wei led the lifting team and technicians to carry out field survey, including crane position, lifting angle, lifting sequence, etc., and worked out the best lifting scheme. Under the careful organization of lifting team leader song Zhenjiang, all the cranes cooperated with each other to complete the installation and positioning of crawler crane and the delivery, transportation, lifting and positioning of equipment Not bad at all. Before hoisting, the project technician made detailed technical disclosure to all hoisting construction personnel, and the team leader also explained in detail the safety hazards in the hoisting process, and formulated the hidden danger treatment measures. At 8:08 a.m., with the sound of the hoisting instruction whistle, two crawler cranes waved their strong arms and lifted the powder handling tank smoothly until 9:00 a.m., and successfully completed the hoisting of the equipment.

The rotational property is greater than 4 rotations/1,000 d under a load corresponding to 20% of the minimum breaking force; a swivel should not be used.
