For the port hoisting wire rope, it often has the problem of customer consultation deformation failure, through our team investigation, this is because the ratio of steel wire rope and steel wire outer layer steel wire is too small. In general, we suggest that the diameter of the roller and pulley should not be less than 400, and the ratio of the roller or pulley to the steel wire in the outer layer should not be less than 1200 under the condition of frequent and rapid operation.
