19XK19S Non-Rotation Steel Wire Rope Compacted Main and auxiliary lifting rope

1, we should wire in accordance with the actual requirements of the diameter of the inner rope to ensure that the inner rope twisting is uniform, and the outer strand is twisted evenly to ensure that there is enough gap between the outer layers of the outer layer so that the use process of the wire rope will be squeezed in the inner share of the inner strands in the sky wheel, even the edge, and the contact stress is too large to reduce the service life. Taking 18 x 7-28 wire rope as an example, the diameter of the outer layer is 1.85 mm in diameter, the diameter of the inner layer is 1.95 mm and the inner diameter of the inner layer is about 18 mm, which can meet the twisting requirement of the outer layer.

 

2, the inner rope is slightly loose and the outer rope is not loose; the multi strand non rotating wire rope is mostly layered and twisted, if the inner rope twisting is not good, when the outer rope is twisted, the sleeve of the inner rope will appear, and the inner rope is produced because the rotation moment of the outer rope is greater than the rotation moment of the inner rope. It should be slightly loose, and do not produce inner rope according to loose requirements.

 

3, the outer rope twisting distance is larger than the inner layer rope, changing the twist direction of the inner layer rope and the twisting direction of each layer, reducing the twist distance of the inner layer rope, and minimizing the closing moment. According to the analysis, the outer rope twisting distance is larger than the inner layer rope, which can ensure that the outer rope's rotation torque is greater than the inner rope's rotation torque, so as to ensure the minimum torque. The twisting direction and twisting distance of each layer match well, and the inner and outer rope of the twisted rope will not be convex or shrink after cutting.

 

4. Without loose performance inspection, we should take about 5 twists in the normal part of the wire rope, take the height of the measuring unit of the whole outer layer, and the spiral height of the common stock is 0.90 to 0.95 times the diameter of the wire rope. The height of each strand is uniform, and it can be arranged in sequence. It shows that the twist is uniform and the tension state of each strand is the same.

5, under the circumstances, it is better to arrange the production of special equipment and produce the same ropes with the same length and strength. The inner rope should use the rotating core frame; when the inner rope is combined, it is necessary to adjust the tension of the work type wheel well, the pre deformable bending is slightly shallow, the post deformers and the sizing rollers are fully used to prevent the tightness and unbalance of each strand in the inner rope. When joining the outer stock, the front part of the inner rope should be first put on several strength before twisting.

 

6, when no special equipment is used to produce multiple ropes, the outer stock is first made into 2 strands, so that the 12 strands of the outer layer become 6 stocks and the same machine is used for twisting. This kind of twisting method is very high. The twist distance of the 2 strands is slightly larger than the distance of the wire rope. It is slow to separate 2 strands, and the progress of the rope can not be followed. It is too fast to be divided into 2 strands. These two situations may lead to the inability of the outer stock to produce. When the 2 strand rope is combined, the tension of the 2 strands should be ensured to be uniform. Otherwise, during the separation process, one strand will be separated from another.
