Aircraft Vinyl Coated Steel Cable , 7x7 Galvanized Steel Wire Rope For Fall Protection
Most common two constructions for PVC coating are 7x7, 7x19 and upon special request we can supply 1x7, 1x19, 6x19 Class and 6x37 Class. Typical PVC coated diameters are 3/64 thru 5/8. We coat using strictly virgin PVC resin. Our PVC is UV stabilized depending on color and application and we can accommodate phthalate-free requests. The outside diameter is laser micrometer inspected during extrusion. Our extrusion line is equipped with a black ink printer capable of printing onto the PVC coating. Our PVC extrusion tooling is cleaned on a regular basis to improve the coating quality.
Our usual steel wire rope packages are in wooden reels, plastic reels, wooden case, cartons, and soft coils, etc. We can also provide unique packing for our clients, such as in blister, pp bags, hard plastic, corrugated package, and according to clients' request, bar code, brand or other pattern and words can also be printed in the package to meet the need of sales in supermarket or shops.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
